Vision
We aim to provide high quality childcare in a safe, stimulating and caring environment so children learn and develop well.
Children’s individual choices and interests are observed, respected and developed. Mixture of child initiated activities and adult led activities are provided. We plan activities around seven areas of learning and development. When a child is between the age of two and three, we review their progress and after discussing with their parents, we provide them with short written summary of their child’s development level.
Our practice is inclusive and diverse. We respect all children’s individual needs regardless of their age, race, gender, disabilities, culture and language. All children are provided with equal opportunities to play and learn according to their own pace and development level. We have high expectations from all children in the setting. We offer flexible childcare.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the best possible care for every child in our setting. We work in partnership with parents/carers and other practitioners (advisory teachers, health visitors, social workers, speech and language therapists etc.). We communicate regularly with parents/carers/practitioners (with parents’ permission) to identify each child’s needs and to discuss progress
